In-Person Service
Drop off your item between 9:00–10:00 AM, and we aim to have it ready for same-day collection by 6:00 PM, depending on the complexity of the work. Exact timing will be confirmed upon booking.
Postal Service
Items are typically processed the day after they arrive. Standard turnaround is approximately 7 days, depending on the courier and the specific work required.

What Alterations to ready-made curtains can we do?
Alterations to curtain heading.
Curtains can be “freshened up” simply by changing the curtain heading, particularly as trends change. Tell us what heading your curtains have and what curtain heading would like to replace it with. (Please note curtains must be clean!)
Converting curtains into something new.
If your curtain fabric is in good condition then why not re-use it, especially if you are moving to a new house or giving a room a make-over. With our help your old curtains can be converted into Roman blind, cushions, etc. (Please note curtains must be clean!)

Voile/Sheer/Net curtains
We charge – £14 per/m.
Example: You have a Voile/Sheer curtain that is 4m wide and you want to shorten the length by 10cm, 15, 20…. etc. Your price will be calculated by the curtain width in this example it is 4.5m, and the price for this job is £63 (4.5m x £14 per/m).
Adding a contrast border.
The price list below is for a border length of up to 50cm.
Please Note: You will have to supply your fabric or we can help to find some on request.
Example: Your lined curtains are 150cm wide (flat width at the curtain bottom) and 180cm long and you want to add 30cm of fabric to make a contrast border. It will cost to make £115 + fabric & lining.
