What to Expect?

During our in-home appointment we will:

• introduce you to our Day & Night fabric library
• show samples of headrail kits that we can make and advise on features
• take measurements of windows or doors
• provide Instant Price Quote (will be emailed to you within 2 working days)

Please be advised, that we provide Home Visit service mainly within a 20-mile radius from RM16, whereas other areas are subject to negotiation.

Home Visit is FREE*

A visit to take measurements together with a consultation is usually charged at £85. This fee works as compensation to cover fuel costs and time spent at your home in the event you decide not to place an order with us. The fee is refunded only* against a subsequent order over £300 (excluding fitting).  We apologize for the possible inconvenience it may cause you but with the current price & fuel rise as a small family-run business, we can’t afford any financial loss this service may incur us.

Kindly note, that the measures taken are for Design-JR use only and will not be supplied to you in the event you choose not to go ahead with an order.
