STRAND pole set comes complete with or without rings, contemporary brackets and finials. Pole creates a contemporary look with its crystal clear glass-like appearance paired with stylish metal fittings.
Don’t forget to add to your basket the holdbacks and draw rods ( protect your curtain fabric by avoiding the need to touch your curtains, keeping them looking new for longer).
For the eyelet curtains choose 11cm bracket projection. This will ensure that the curtains hang properly and the eyelets are not too close to the wall.

Delivery:
We dispatch all Made to Measure/Made to Order orders within 2 - 6 weeks of purchase, whereas Standard products usually within 7 days of purchase, however, dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. We aim to reduce greenhouse gas emission through consolidated shipments where possible. For example, if you order a Standard product together with Made to Measure/Made to Order product, they will arrive together within 2 - 6 weeks of purchase.
When one of our courier partners has collected your order, we'll email you the tracking number and the link so you can track it all the way to the door. If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, do not discard the packaging.
Made to Measure / Made to Order Returns:
All our Roman blinds, Day & Night blinds, curtains and other soft furnishings are made to order and we don’t stock ready-made products, therefore, once they are made, they are only suitable for your use. Your order cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty or not made in accordance with your specifications.
If your product develops a fault we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We're so confident in the quality of our products, we provide a free, 5 - year guarantee on all of our Roman blinds and curtains.
The below are not considered as faults and therefore cannot be repaired or replaced:
* Fabrics and dyes - normal fading
* Normal tear and wear
* Accident
* Alteration
* Exposure to elements
* Misuse
* Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
* Fitted in a non domestic environment

Conditions of return:
Returning a Standard item:
If an item is not the right choice, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not returned in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
Please email sales@design-jr.uk before returning any item.
Include the dispatch note with your return and, where possible, provide a tracking number along with a brief explanation for the return.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number from your chosen delivery service, as this will help trace the parcel should any issues arise during transit.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A £6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all standard item returns.
- If you are returning an item valued at more than £75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost. Simply report a damaged item to sales@design-jr.uk
You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days of receiving the item, do not discard the packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account, but we will keep you informed at each stage of our process.
The following products will not be eligible for refund (unless faulty or not as described):
- Products you received over 14 days ago
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products or packaging in poor condition
- Where a product has been personalized for you, or made to your specific measurements
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@design-jr.uk
